Mutual misunderstanding can then worsen a situation that could have been resolved differently.<\/p>\n<p>The FAMILIES project works on both sides of this relationship.<\/p>\n<h3>Two parts<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Workshops for parents \u2014 \u00abEducational methods in the Quebec context\u00bb<\/strong><br \/>\nThese meetings explain the Quebec legal framework surrounding children&#039;s education, the role and operation of youth protection services, parents&#039; rights and responsibilities, and available resources. The goal is not to judge parenting practices, but to provide parents with the necessary information to understand what is expected of them and to make their voices heard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intercultural awareness workshops for stakeholders<\/strong><br \/>\nThese sessions are aimed at professionals in youth protection.
