The organization also fosters inclusion, tolerance, sharing, and intercultural understanding through the implementation of unifying activities and programs, while educating citizens about their rights, obligations, and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>For a decade, our dedicated team has made a significant contribution to the cultural life of our community by organizing a range of events: festivals, conferences, election debates, carnivals and television programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OUR STATUS<\/strong><br \/>\nLAKAY is a non-profit organization (NPO) incorporated in Quebec under the legal name Chez Nous M\u00e9dia 2007. Our offices are located at 818 Notre-Dame Street, Suite 202, in Repentigny, in the Lanaudi\u00e8re region. The organization does not sell any products or services: our activities are offered free of charge to the public and are funded by public grants, donations, and the support of community partners.
